Bespoke websites typically require at least 3 months. The final time depends on your size and scope (bigger sites with advanced features take longer) and how quickly the designs are signed off. Because our design process is collaborative, the time needed to sign off the designs depends on your availability and the number of iterations. Providing there’s no set in stone deadline, we always recommend spending the time to get the designs just right, rather than rushing for the sake of it. We can launch your website as soon as your content is uploaded and you’re happy to go live.

Bespoke websites start from £10,000 + VAT. The price includes your own building block library – a range of branded, responsive, drag and drop building blocks that can be used to create hundreds of different web page layouts, meaning you won’t have to come back to us each time you want a variation. If you need any advanced features or functionality such as e-commerce, bookings, payments, API integrations, e-learning, customer portals etc. these would be priced separately. Yes. We integrate your bespoke website with WordPress, the world’s most popular, scalable and well supported Content Management System. We give WordPress some extra Six Two flair to make it even easier to use than the default version, with custom tips and guidance written into WordPress itself so you don’t need a separate manual. If you have content that appears in multiple places, we make it editable from a global content area, so you can update it once and it updates everywhere.

Yes. We give you full training on how to update your text, images and pages via WordPress, one of the easiest to use Content Management Systems out there. You don’t need any technical knowledge – even our most self-confessed technophobe clients say it’s simple to get to grips with! We let you practice in test mode, so you feel confident to update it when it’s live. And if you ever get stuck, we’re only a phone call away and happy to help.

You’ll have a dedicated Project Manager keeping everything on track and giving you regular updates in plain English. You’ll know what’s been done, what’s up next and anything we need from you. We track every request and question so nothing falls through the cracks. Your project manager will keep looking after you after the initial project is complete, organising reviews and catch ups so we stay in tune with your business and you get the most out of your website.

We improve and grow your website in line with your sales and marketing goals. As well as the essentials (hosting, security updates and maintenance etc.) we hold regular proactive catch ups to discuss how your website has been performing and how we could improve it. All our work is covered by guarantee for a full year after launch. This is a rare guarantee in our industry, but we offer it because we take pride in our work and test our work thoroughly before launch. However, if any bugs do slip through the net, we promise to fix them for no charge and no quibbles for 1 year after launch.

Yes. If you already have a website, keeping your domain name is straightforward – all we’ll need is your domain login details. Keeping your existing SEO value is also possible with the correct migration plan, which is particularly important for older or larger sites to maintain the hard-earned SEO value you’ve built up.
