Lowry Mill is a former Victorian spinning mill in Manchester that has been beautifully modernised to provide one of a kind office suites to rent. Their old website had become dated and no longer represented the Lowry Mill offering. They needed a new site to showcase their high-end offering and to entice prospective tenants to enquire.

We built a fast loading, responsive website that provides a search engine friendly platform for Lowry Mill. Our clean, modern code complies with SEO best practice guidelines, such as ensuring the URL structures were SEO friendly, applying schema markup and having optimised meta data on each page.

As a result, website traffic has increased by over 100% and organic traffic has increased by 70% since the site launched.

The bespoke brochure website uses high quality images to create a clean, modern and sophisticated feel. The character and impact of the building is brought to life through the imagery, giving a stunning first impression to visitors. We designed and built a gallery to showcase all of Lowry Mill’s beautiful spaces, giving users a full visual impression of the culture and character of the building.

We also redesigned the news and blog section of the site to be more visually appealing to encourage users to stay on the site and discover more about Lowry Mill. As a result, the average time spent on a page has increased by over 20%.
