St Augustine’s College of Theology is the Church of England’s longest-standing non-residential theological college. They had recently launched a new website, but whilst they were happy with the look-and-feel, wanted to work with a new WordPress web designer in Kent to host, maintain and develop the site.
It was important their new partner had quick response times and defined support processes, and a collaborative and long term mindset to improve the website in line with St Augustine’s strategic goals.
St. Augustine’s moved their website over to us using our WordPress website transfer in 2017. Since working together, we’ve achieved:
- Issue fixes – we fixed a number of existing issues with the site, such as reducing the amount of spam that was causing an administrative overhead.
- Proactive maintenance – our updates plan ensures WordPress and plugins are kept updated, and our maintenance plan improves long term performance.
- WordPress training – St Augustines feel confident to better manage their website content, e.g. adding new staff, as a result of our WordPress training.
- Time saving new features – including an online application form that saved hours of admin time previously spent processing paper post-in forms.
If you have an existing WordPress website and want better support, training and improvements, we’d love to hear from you. Give our friendly team a call today to tell us what you’re looking for in a new partner, or find out more about our safe and easy WordPress website transfer service here.
