The Challenge

ITL Group is a contract design and manufacturing organisation that provides end-to-end solutions for complex medical, diagnostic and analytical systems. Simply put, they bring instruments to life.

Their previous website was 4 years old, somewhat outdated and hard to edit due to it using Expression Engine as a CMS. They weren’t happy with the design, functionality, editability and overall performance and felt they were falling behind their competitors.

The Solution

ITL approached us looking for a brand new website that would enhance customer experience, modernise their image and better reflect what they do and who they are.

We designed and built a bespoke website to bring their brand up to date, have a memorable impact, showcase what they do as a business and create a better experience for their customers when visiting their website. By building the site on a WordPress platform, the team have full control over their website and they can now easier update their content on a regular basis.

The Result

Modern and memorable impact – the site has a unique design which takes elements from their logo and branding to create a new visual identity that helps them stand out from their competitors
Improved user experience – the improved design has helped decrease the bounce rate by an impressive -67.68%, increase the number of pages customers visit per session by 28.69%, and increase the number of returning visitors by 4.2%.
Easier to update – their previous site used Expression Engine which proved difficult to use when editing their site, luckily their new site is fully editable through WordPress – keeping text and images updated is easy with clear layouts that show where to make relevant changes.
